Interested in Renting Theatre
The cost is $100 for two hours with each additional hour a $20 cost.
You can bring in own DVD or other media (game systems have not been able to work with new digital system) --- however, you cannot charge a “ticket cost” if the DVD was not made by you nor will pirated copies work in my system.
A popcorn batch is $20. You may bring in your own food and beverages with exception of NO cake or ice cream (this has history of issues and non-negotiable).
You are responsible for clean-up. Alcohol can be brought in for private parties, is monitored by renter, and cannot be sold unless a permit is purchased through the city.
There are 250 seats and you are responsible for oversight of patrons (staff will not watch nor discipline children). Any items broken will be replaced at the renter’s expense
If you want to have a non-film event, you will be responsible for all lighting and sound system equipment. You can have the event posted on our Pre-show advertising at no cost for a month.
Time of rentals cannot conflict with regular scheduled showtimes of the film.

Adverting on the Big Screen
The cost of advertising is $25 a month or $200 for year (able to change the ad monthly with annual option). Bartering is another option in lieu of payment.
Ads shows as a slide for 10 seconds in a loop of approximately 4 minutes. You can email the jpeg or pdf file to firstname.lastname@example.org OR send what information you want on the ad for us to create a slide.
